These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aesthetic Inc.'s services, including but not limited to dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle treatments, advanced injectable skincare, consultations, and any other services provided by Aesthetic Inc. ("the Company," "we," "our," or "us").

1. Services Provided

Aesthetic Inc. offers a range of injectable aesthetic treatments to enhance the appearance of the face and skin. These services include, but are not limited to:Dermal Fillers: Injectable treatments used to restore volume, smooth out wrinkles, and enhance facial contours.Anti-Wrinkle Treatments: Injectable treatments, such as Botulinum Toxin (Botox), that temporarily relax facial muscles to reduce the appearance of wrinkles.Advanced Injectable Skincare: Treatments designed to improve skin texture, tone, and hydration, such as mesotherapy or skin boosters, using injectables that target specific skin concerns.The specific details of each treatment will be discussed during your consultation and tailored to meet your individual needs and goals.

 

2. Consultations for New Clients

Before receiving any treatment, all new clients are required to attend a consultation, which can be done in person or virtually. The consultation will allow us to assess your needs, medical history, and suitability for the treatments you are interested in. During the consultation, we will discuss:Your aesthetic goals and treatment optionsPotential risks, side effects, and expectationsThe treatment process, including pre-treatment and post-treatment careCosts and available packagesThe consultation is an essential step to ensure that the treatments are safe and appropriate for you. For virtual consultations, a video call will be arranged at a scheduled time.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:Health and Medical Disclosure: Provide accurate and complete information regarding your medical history, current medications, allergies, and any other relevant health conditions before undergoing any treatments. This information is necessary to ensure your safety and optimal results.Pre-Treatment and Post-Treatment Care: Follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions given by Aesthetic Inc. to maximize the effectiveness of your treatment and minimize the risk of complications.Informed Consent: Understand that results from dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle treatments, and advanced injectable skincare may vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific results, and some treatments may require follow-up sessions for maintenance.Side Effects and Concerns: Inform Aesthetic Inc. immediately if you experience any discomfort, side effects, or adverse reactions during or after treatment. Please notify us of any changes to your health status or any new medical conditions that arise between treatments.Touch-Ups and Maintenance: Understand that some treatments, such as dermal fillers and anti-wrinkle injections, may require touch-ups or maintenance treatments over time to sustain results.

 

4. Risks and Expectations

While Aesthetic Inc. strives to provide high-quality and safe services, all injectable treatments carry some level of risk. Potential risks and side effects include, but are not limited to:Swelling, bruising, or redness at the injection siteTenderness or pain in the treated areaInfection (rare but possible)Allergic reactions to the injected substancesAsymmetry, uneven results, or the need for adjustmentsTemporary side effects such as headaches or drooping in the treated areaBy undergoing treatments, you acknowledge these risks and understand that results may vary depending on factors such as your skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

 

5. Payment and Fees

All services provided by Aesthetic Inc. are subject to the fees outlined at the time of consultation.Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 40% is due upon booking to secure your appointment, especially for dermal fillers and anti-wrinkle treatments.Balance: The balance for services rendered is due immediately following treatment unless otherwise agreed upon.Cancellation: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify Aesthetic Inc. at least 72 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations or no-shows made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 100% charge for the treatment.

 

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of the services provided, refunds are generally not offered once treatments are administered. However, Aesthetic Inc. may offer follow-up adjustments or additional treatments to ensure satisfaction, especially in cases where results do not meet expectations.Cancellation and Rescheduling: We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify Aesthetic Inc. at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations or no-shows made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 100% charge for the treatment.7. Health and Safety StandardsAesthetic Inc. adheres to strict hygiene, safety, and regulatory standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for all treatments. All treatments are performed by fully trained professionals using only approved, safe injectable products. We use sterilized equipment, and all treatments are conducted in accordance with health and safety regulations.If you have any concerns regarding our safety protocols or wish to ask any questions about the products used in your treatment, please feel free to ask during your consultation.8. Aftercare and MaintenanceAftercare is essential for achieving the best possible results from injectable treatments. You agree to follow all aftercare instructions provided by Aesthetic Inc. These instructions may include:Avoiding strenuous exercise for 24-48 hours after treatmentRefraining from touching or massaging the treated area for a specified periodUsing gentle skincare products and avoiding excessive sun exposureApplying ice or cold compresses to reduce swelling or bruising, if necessaryYou understand that it is your responsibility to follow these guidelines to ensure the best possible outcome from your treatment.9. Limitation of LiabilityAesthetic Inc. and its professionals will take every reasonable precaution to ensure your safety during treatments. However, you acknowledge that results are not guaranteed, and you release Aesthetic Inc. and its staff from any liability for complications, dissatisfaction with results, or any other issues arising from the treatments, except in cases of proven negligence.10. Modifications to Terms of ServiceAesthetic Inc. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients via email or posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.11. Governing LawThese Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aesthetic Inc. operates.
